Courage is the foundation for our integrity, transparency, conviction and good old-fashioned rule breaking. Courage allows us to have a strong point-of-view and stand by it. Courage will help us achieve our dreams, because we’re the underdog. And the underdog doesn’t win without courage.

Ok, ok, remember when we said, “Question everything,” well, there is one thing you can not question: I’ve got your back. We’re better together. I need you and you need me. We need each other to build courage and confidence, and make each other better, more experienced and more curious. It’s teamwork and integration and coaching. It’s support for work-life balance.
