An update for our clients & friends regarding COVID-19

Dear Clients and Friends of Curiosity,

The world is grappling with an issue of enormous human impact. Our thoughts and hearts go out to all those who have already been directly impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. I wanted to reach out personally and proactively to let you know how we will be conducting our business.

After we sent our initial message yesterday, Governor DeWine announced the closure of all Ohio schools from March 17 to April 3. Obviously, that is a decision that has a ripple effect on the lives of our employees. Given the announcement yesterday, we have recommended that all employees work from home during this period.

As a reminder, we have two priorities while we navigate this situation with the rest of the world - 1) the health, wellness and safety of our employees, clients, partners and suppliers, and 2) the continued successful operations of our business on behalf of our clients. Through that lens, we will make smart, strategic business decisions with diligence and courage informed by the latest information provided by the CDC, WHO, public health organizations and the government.

We are a business that relies on collaboration and teamwork. Thankfully, we are also a business that already has a flexible remote working policy and is practiced in handling meetings with individuals in remote locations around the world. You can rest assured that the service and output from us will not change. We have a simple and thorough business continuity plan and we have begun implementation of it across our business operations.

Your account teams will proactively communicate any changes in operations. Those should be minor for you. It may be switching an in-person meeting to a call or using a conference number instead of a direct line. We will also keep you abreast of any changes we see coming that could impact the work we do for you such as supply chain or personnel issues from our partners and vendors. Additionally, we expect that any face-to-face meeting scheduled at your offices would be moved to a tele or video conference. If a meeting must take place in-person, our account teams will work with you on coordinating it.

Thank you for being a loyal client. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to direct them to your day-to-day account lead or to me directly at trey@curiosity.fun. We are privileged to serve you and look forward to getting past this situation soon.

Sincerely,

Trey Harness
